Shipping policy

At orbitbaby.me, we know how exciting it is to receive your order - especially when it’s something as special as Orbit Baby gear. We're committed to getting your products to you quickly, safely, and with care. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and deliveries:

Shipping Carrier & Cost

FREE standard shipping on all orders within the UAE. Standard shipping charge applies to international orders. We collaborate with Aramex to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. All orders get free standard shipping.

Shipping Area

We ship all over the GCC — including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.

Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will get an order confirmation email with your order number and other information once you place your order. When the item ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to track it. There will be a last notice issued when the package arrives.

Delivery

If your order is to be delivered to an UAE address via Standard Shipping, we will do our best to deliver your order within 2 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date that you placed the order.

For international orders, your order will be delivered within 3 -15 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date that you placed the order.

Just a note: Orbit Baby reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses.

Packages that are lost or missing

If your tracking status says "delivered" but you haven't gotten your package yet:

  • Double-check to make sure your mailing address is correct.
  • Search all the places where you might be able to get your package.
  • Ask someone at your residence or among your neighbours if they receive the package.
  • Use your tracking number to get in touch with Aramex directly.

Please get in touch with us right away if the package is officially reported lost.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the Orbit baby website are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The amount payable to Orbit Baby for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:

  • The sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);
  • The cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and the sum of any other fees which Orbit Baby levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent.
